🎤 Regional Quality Improvement Project: The Audit of Invasive Cervical Cancer in Northern Ireland 

Presented alongside Mari Paul, this session will explore the development of a regional approach to the audit of invasive cervical cancer across Northern Ireland. The project was designed to address variation in audit practices, improve governance and monitoring processes, and support a more timely, consistent and patient-focused audit pathway. 

The presentation will highlight how regional collaboration can drive quality improvement, strengthen learning and support better experiences for patients and professionals alike.
