Dr Corrina Wright is Clinical Director of the National Cervical Screening Laboratory, (NCSL) at The Coombe Hospital in Ireland and a Consultant Cytopathologist. She is a clinical leader with over fifteen years of NHS consultant experience in improving pathways and outcomes in pathology services and screening programmes.
She is a Professional Clinical Advisor for cervical screening to the national Screening Quality Assurance Service, (SQAS), for NHS England.
She has been the Clinical Director for North West London Pathology, (NWLP), one of the largest NHS pathology providers in the UK. With her clinical leadership, she helped establish and transform centralised pathology services for a population of over 2 million.
She holds senior roles including membership of the CervicalCheck Clinical Advisory Group, (CAG) for the National Screening Service, Ireland, the Royal College of Pathologists, Certificate in Higher Cervical Cytopathology Training, (CHCCT) examinations committee and NHS England Research and Innovation Development Advisory Committee, (RIDAC).
